(Part 2) Reddit mentions: The best cat soft-sided carriers

I often travel with my Yorkie in this carrier. It's portable but also has a thing in the back that you can pull the seatbelt through so it's secure and the dog stays safe.

I have a carrier similar to this one that I use for travel. Albeit, I've never flown with my bun but she's gone for multiple 3+ hour car rides to the vet in it. It has a metal bar frame so it's very sturdy, plenty of ventilation, and multiple access points for calming pets and snuggles. Maybe I'm lucky, but I've never had issues with either of my buns chewing at it!

I know hard carriers are preferred but the only ones available around me aren't ideal in my opinion. Too easy for my bun to hurt herself on the sides due to the ventilation design. I'm a paranoid bunny mum as well so pretty much nothing is ever good enough! Soft sided works for my buns and I for now at least.

These cat bags are wonderful for vet visits! My cats are so much less anxious when.l they have to take a car ride or go or the vet.

I have to make trips with my pigs a few times a year, and I use something like this. Gotta think about washing it out. I line it with a folded towel or a cuddle cup, put hay in the back, and carry a waterbottle for pit stops.

I swear that my neighbor who lives in a different apartment complex across the way from mine has a dog that barks at its own shadow. That mutt was yapping at 6am this morning and throughout most of the weekend. I recently purchased a dog whistle (20ft range) that apparently trained the neighbor to shush her dog rather than the dog itself. Have you seen the Westjet-approved pet carriers? They're not so easy to break out of, and passengers are strictly forbidden to open them in any amount at all times during the flight.

We only used it once when we first got her, not on Delta but had no issues. Of course, now she refuses to go anywhere near the thing and I've got this super expensive bag sitting around!
