One of the comic book stores I frequent has this Xander plate, which I always consider buying, but so far haven't. I'm not sure how I'd display it, or if maybe I'd actually use it for food? Then, I wonder if it's dishwasher or microwave safe.

I do it both ways, I got one of this so I can cook like 5 good size steaks at the same time....

Mine is from Beadalon. Nominally beading wire, but it's pure 316L (no coatings/etc), and some of the cleanest wire I've ever used. If you just search Amazon for 'beadalon 316L' they've got a whole bunch of other stuff too.
