Not really, no formula. In fact, once you perfect a method it only works for that bean. Buy a different bean, dial it in. Cold brew is one of the more forgiving methods.

I recommend setting up a bunch at once, with various methods in tiny containers (think like those sauce containers with plastic lids) record each method and length of time, temperature it sat at, etc. Then taste them all and see which you liked best

Gotta get it how ya live it. Also, the cups in the middle for the “sour cream” aka plain Greek yogurt and sauce are 2 oz deli cups. They fit just as well in the containers and are great for storing dressing if you wanted to put a salad or something of the sort in a container. They work pretty well for Jell-O shots too lol. I either hand wash them or throw them in the dishwasher.

Alternatively you could get a case of these for $24-ish. It comes out to around 15 cents apiece.

With this method, you could buy smaller quantities of mayo so it stays fresh, and even make fun custom mayo blends like chipotle, garlic, or avocado aioli. You can also bring other condiments with you as well. Lots of possibilities! :)

I had to add in a ketoade about 3 months in. I was feeling run down and unfocused at work while doing IF most of the day. I don't supplement too much now, back to eating 3 meals, but I have a bottle of ketoade on hand when I need it, both at work and home. My ketoade is like a mild lemonade I sip through the day. Get some small containers and measure out 1/4tsp salt for sodium; 1/2tsp lite salt for sodium/potassium; 1tsp magnesium citrate powder. Store them so you can reload a bottle each day. Get a nice water bottle that unscrews so you can dump in your mixture and add water; 1Tbsp lemon juice; sweetener if needed. Refrigerate and grab in the morning to drink throughout the day along with plain water. It leaves room to get electrolytes in food, but ensures you get enough to not feel horrible if you can't get enough from meals.

You can probably find smaller packs or a better price. They work great. Bit of food in each one, every other day written on each one. (minimal feeding to keep toxins down since you don't want to ask a sitter to do water changes)

HIDE THE REST OF THE FOOD

I just put a small cup of distilled water in it. I have some little condiment saucers (like for ketchup or things - something kinda like this http://www.amazon.com/P015-Plastic-Souffle-Capacity-Translucent/dp/B007G0X63U/ref=sr_1_49?ie=UTF8&qid=1381514299&sr=8-49&keywords=condiment+cup) that I use because they have more surface area than a shot glass, so they'll evaporate quicker. Using this method it only takes me a few days to get some good humidity in there.

I use 4 oz condiment cups. I keep the lids on when not in use.

Basically these except I get them at Smart and Final.

Hah...I'd take a pic, but she's currently resting in it and pooping out her latest (snail) victim. Here's an Amazon link instead. Any plastic cup that floats should do, I guess, but these are easy to cut and I prefer a shallow depth.

u/NeroJoe · 2 pointsr/leopardgeckos

BUY ONLINE! There is no reason why you should drop $5 every two days.

Order 1,000 at a time, and divvy them out in little plastic cups yourself. They stay good in the fridge for months!

Look!

1000 mealworms $13

100 small cups $10

Edit:

Don't forget to supplement and add variety though!

Why don't you just buy these?

From reading the reviews, it doesn't seem like leaking is a problem.
