I just found some this week, bought a pair, and they're good. It's on Amazon. I'm on mobile, so I'll edit back here with the link.

The only thing is they don't have rubber on them.

-----

Dang, it looks like they sold out. Here's the link if they come back.

what kind of padding do you use to protect your hips from the bar? I use this: http://www.amazon.com/Squat-Sponge-diameter-Olympic-Barbell/dp/B00RN8OWI8/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1457035931&sr=8-6&keywords=squat+sponge and then wrap a yoga mat around for extra padding whenever i'm hip thrusting over 100 lbs.

I didn’t realize that titan had such a similar dip bar does anyone know if it’s of the same quality. Should I go with the rogue? Thanks

u/beingisdoing · 1 pointr/Fitness

Works better than any of the other stuff I’ve tried.

A barbell pad. Something like that if you want something designed for the job

My SO just bought some exercise cuffs we’re gonna try out this weekend. They’re basically padded Velcro cuffs with D-rings, apparently designed for like CrossFit stuff where you attach weights to your ankles. I think they may be what you’re looking for. Example

I have no advice for the half crimp thing since I think that is happening to me too a bit as well, as for the open 3 finger drag I actually love the gripster for it, as my grip wasn't strong enough to even use a hang board. try getting a loading pin it makes the lift off the ground more consistent also make sure to orient the gripster in the right way so it doesn't start turning during the hang, this should make everything feel more stable. Also for the record I don't think the difference between my no hangs and normal hangs was that big if there was any at all, what was it for you?

EDIT: I would also like to add that until I started with the gripster my 3 finger drag was basically useless, and before I even did weight with the gripster I just tied it to something to practice gripping the grips with the 3 finger drag

I just stick my bar in the corner of my power rack and then put a double-D handle on the other end

$60 worth of equipment for one exercise is too much for me.

u/tge101 · 1 pointr/homegym

I got this since it came with the handle. It was only $35 when I bought it though. Works fine on my FR rack.

This video came up with a google search "Omni Grip lat pulldown", followed by this hit on Amazon which would've actually been my guess. It's a set of lat pulldowns where you'd alternate grip between sets or instances of workout (pronated, supinated, neutral).

This one

$11, from Amazon

That's all I bought. Loading pins on Titan Fitness are around $21 but were out of stock when I ordered so I made my own.

For kick backs this can't be beat

if you are looking for side lifts find any old' circle strap on amazon

u/GV1-1860 · 1 pointr/xxfitness

Never used one, although I just looked around for something similar for under my work desk. I hate sitting at a desk for too long and bounce my legs constantly. Unfortunately basically all the reviews I read for that sort of setup complained of squeakiness and noise, which isn't conducive to a library - so instead I just ordered this, I know it's not what you're looking for and I'm kind of appalled I spent that much but I am looking forward to trying it out. I can't really take any chances with noise in my work environment but you might have some more freedom to try and return if it ends up being too noisy for while others are sleeping?

u/MileHighLover · 1 pointr/xxfitness

I am boney so I use a bar bell pad. My gym has them but if yours does not buy one and just bring it with you. See link below.

9", but I did a DIY project to make it larger.

This is the log. Price has gone up for now, but around black Friday time it was about $200.

For the DIY on log diameter, I wrote this up
