Just gonna drop this off here..I hope you figure it out! Makeup can be tricky due to skin tones, face shapes, and such. I hope this helps!

Waterline eyeliner - I think you are talking about the waterline? I understand your pain as well but I tend to just have watery eyes. Anyhow it's not to difficult it mostly depends on how well the waterproofing is the eyeliner itself! Here is one tutorial that I just tried a few moments ago. It's rather simple and I checked a few other waterline vids and they see to have the same idea. Remember practice makes perfect! I would recommend you have one day where you don't have any plans on going out to test it so in case you get raccoon eyes, no one will ever know ;D Test different eyeliners, I recommend pencils but that is just my preference, to see which on is best. Wear it for an hour and check to see how it is then go on to the next one!

Everyday looks - One, two, three, and four! So here is a few tutorials that are good for everyday looks/going out but not to a club looks, I am a fan of the forth. Anyhow remember you don't need the exact product as some that they use are just to expensive and I bet could be replaced with something cheaper.

Hair - I personally have no clue with hair stuff but there are a few tutorials that look pretty nice I think. One, two, vintage style, and lastly.

Extras - One thing I noticed is that this product has become frequent it seems in makeup videos of different types. While it is ten or so dollars, this can be used for foundations and the tip can be used for under the eyes. It's basically a fancy dancy sponge for your face :3

Eyeshadow primer is a must for some people. I use it because without it my lids sweat off eye shadow or something o_o Ruby Kisses Primer has a lot of good reviews and it's under $7. Also I don't know if it's thanks to primer or just my eyeliner, doing winged looks tend to stay if I make sure to put the primer where the wing would be.

I'm not a huge fan of using primers for the face, but some people do and that's cool I guess. I heard Monistate Chaffing stuff is a good one to use for the face. I've tried it and yeah I guess it works but I am lazy and I use BB creams most of the time and that doesn't really require it. I guess if you are doing a fancy night now sure? Maybe then it could be useful.

Hair stuff accessories that are cute and stuff Hairband, hair band 2, head band 3, hair tie.

Since Halloween is almost here, here's some cool makeup vids! Pop Art Makeup, Sugar Skull, and Shattered Doll.

Here are some surprising gifts that any skincare junkie would love:

  1. A microfiber towel to dry your face with. It's suppsoed to be better to dry your skin with than regular towels. Get more than one and in a cute pattern she'll like.
  2. One of those cute spa headbands to keep the hair out of her face while she's doing her routine, preferably made out of microfiber as well.
  3. If she's a book junkie as well, any books on skincare would be an amazing gift. The Little Book of Skin Care is really popular.
  4. Silk pillow sheets. They're supposed to be really gentle on your hair and skin while you sleep. And even if you aren't interested in skincare, who doesn't like the luxurious feeling on sleeping on silk?
  5. Definitely seconding the gift card idea.
  6. Any short of luxerious mask treatment. Skincare junkies love that sh*t.

I only got two through five right in time, so here I go.

Broom - Witches and wizards use brooms to fly. Mary Poppins used an umbrella to fly. An umbrella is useful for school because sometimes it rains, and I don't know any anti-rain spells.

Hat - Witches are magic. Cats are magic. Vampires are also magic. The girl in moonphase is a vampire. These adorable cat ears are inspired by moonphase. They go on your head, and so do cats. I need these for school so people know right away that I am silly, and other silly people can flock to me and tell me how much they like my ears. We will then become friends.

Book - You read books, and they give you knowledge. I also read and gain knowledge from the internet. These would help boost my internet signal, which would give me better access to school, and to knowledge.

Trunk - I have junk in the trunk. These silk boxers would make my trunk comfy. I think they'd feel super comfy under my school robes, and comfort is very important for wizardry. It's hard to remember your spells and to focus on broom riding when you have underpants issues. They could also be used as modest, but comfy, sleepwear, which is considerate to have when you have a roommate. Are these NSFW, btw? I feel like they're not, but can never be too sure.

Cape - I could use these to knit or crochet a cape. I could use them for school because it's important to have a hobby to practice in your downtime. Life can't be all about magic, all the time. Plus, I could use them to make clothes in case I decide to free some house elves.

Thanks for the contest!

I just cut mine pretty short too, I had long hair for years.

I love doing pretty much all of these to the front of my hair then I straighten the rest.

I love headbands especially ones with rhinestones or cute prints like animal print, polka dots..etc.

Can I ask what your dress looks like? I don't want to give a suggestion that isn't your aesthetic, but I think pearls down the back would look nice, or those pins that look like baby's breath flowers would also look great for a different aesthetic. Maybe you could experiment with a laurel (flower/gold/silver)? What's so wonderful about the way you chose to do your hair is that there is so many possibilities and they're all timeless and beautiful!

This is a Pearl/Baby's Breath Hybrid Thing

These are Pearl Clusters

Here's a Whole Page of Baby's Breath Stylings (I realize that some of them aren't close to the style of your hair, but some are. I thought of the middle picture in the first collection of pictures when I thought of baby's breath)

I couldn't find any pictures of laurels styled with this hairstyle, but I guess that means it's not done often and could really be unique!

I hope these suggestions are helpful!

Short hairs, no cares!

I recently chopped off all of my hair, I had it short before but this time it is short short. At first I didn't like it because I thought I didn't look pretty anymore ( my boyfriend telling me I looked like a cute boy didn't really help). Then right when I was finally getting use to it a friend said I looked like I had cancer.

I love my hair now that I have finally gotten use to it, but I will admit I almost always wear a hair bow or head band.

My favorite headband is this one!

Second favorite is the pink headband

This would be adorable for summer!

You could go a few different ways, but there are two that came to mind right away for me.

  • Romantic Gatsby - the dress itself isn't 1920s in shape, but you can still play with the idea of sparkle and romanticism with accessories. Some possible options a head piece like this and other jewelry. Here are a few ipso ideas one, two, and three.

  • Or if you're not into the glitz and sparkle of the Gatsby look, you could go for a harder more modern edge. Hair like this or a slicked back pony. A gold or silver cuff bracelet, and gold earrings either studs or more ornate, but look for geometric shapes like this or this.

THESE! These these these these theseeee. Amazing for keeping your hair out of your faceThey're super gentle, don't tangle, and don't tug (and this is coming from a tender-headed girl with thick curls). using a sports headband to push my hair back, wearing a bandana like this (couldn't find a good picture so it's an amazon post lol), braids, space buns, buns, (if your hair is curly) just leaving it in a pineapple, ponytails, claw clips, that usually helps me manage my hair on days when it drives me nuts. Also conditioning well, using products, that helps a lot. I use this hair mask two to three times a week and it keeps it super soft and healthy which helps me not mind my hair being long as much lol

I love those photos!!!
jewelry is a staple!
I'm slightly in love with this dress! Would look amazing- nice and flowing!

But my absolutely favourite item that's a near must:
This gorgeous head crown! Just look at how gorgeous and sparkly it is!!!!

Mermaid and a merman? :) They make super cute fish scale leggings and tops with shells on the chest. I bought this mermaid headband for an underwater themed birthday party and it was super cute. Your husband could wear a fish scale tank and have a little trident, maybe put some aquatic stuff in his beard? Fish scale makeup is really easy too, just a fishnet stocking/wig cap over your face and then apply shimmery eyeshadow.

Some of my favorite rings came from antique malls. I would check those out and find some piece of jewelry (brooch, earring, necklace, whatever).

I really love this pin up girl headband from amazon.

Here is a pin up girl swimsuit my friend has that I really think is adorable.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CDRYQ1M/ref=cts_ap_2_fbt?pi=SL110

You could also do a vintage locket from an antique store or online and put each of your photos in it.

Good luck!

Okay! So a few options here, as well as accessories to really cinch the look.

A first look!

More flowers!

This dress with some colored accessories

Or this Frida dress which could definitely be made elegant with nude heels and a tight updo.

Also this colorful dress which I think would be great with some fun bright shoes and matching bag!

Here are some extra goodies to spice up any of the selections!

This is the crown I am trying to match it to:

Does this necklace seem like a better fit?

In colors ‘blue2’ or ‘pink2’?

My main look is with a simple strand of pearls that is well suited to this dress and it looks lovely. This is for photographs only!
