This is my sad cracked bowl I am using for a fruit bowl. My daughter refers to it as "the puke bowl" because well... I spent a LOT of time puking in this bowl while pregnant with her little brother :-p

Is that Fiestaware? If so, you should try using the fruit bowl for ice cream. It's a small bowl that makes a 1/2 cup of ice cream look massive! It's perfect for single servings of high calorie treats and snacks.

i see these every year at my local fall festivals from vendors. there is nothing uniquely Rome about this item. you can probably buy it on amazon.
