Lava cables. They're great. They make a couple of "tiers" higher quality more expensive. I've got the tighropes and I love them. I replaced my george L's with these. Seem to hold up much better and are a lot easier to make as well. Here's an Amazon link for you!

If I can recommend a board:

This is what I use. It's only 40 bucks and its really convenient since you can just set it on the floor and open it up. People with 200 dollar pedal boards have been envious of mine because it's just way more easy.

If you don't mind putting it together yourself you can try one of these Lava Cable tightrope kits. The plugs are really small and you can cut the cable to length as you build them so you don't have a lot of excess. http://www.amazon.com/Lava-Cable-Tightrope-Solder-Free-Pedal/dp/B00GS87MDQ

I use the soldered Lava Cables and they have been great.

I’m looking at buying a pedal board and amp for my acoustic guitar. The amp is strictly for home practice and not for gigs. For the pedal board I was looking at the gator aluminum board: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IJYE1CW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_q9j3Cb8P04M3V
For the power supply for the board I was looking at the Donner DP-1: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WHLLDWO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_j.j3Cb1VH1V0Q
For the amp I was considering the Acoustic A20. I was just interested in any feedback and recommendations?

I'd make sure you're running a 9v dc power supply, as thats what's standard on most pedals. They'll have them at your local music store, or just grab a truetone one spot on amazon. You can get this whole kit for $30 and be set for a while.

This Pig Hog one is a bit cheaper. It doesn't have some of the things you get with the truetone, but you probably wont need that stuff unless you're running vintage pedals, and if thats the case, you can get adapters for those for under $5.

Either option would work and you'd be set on power for a while.

I have the core of my rig (mixer, FX, controller/synth, power supplies, stereo DI box) on a Pedaltrain Grande pedalboard. The board came with an ATA case, so it's super easy to transport and very sturdy.

From that core I can than hook up my modular rig, Juno 6, iPad, OP-1 or whatever else I need for that specific performance.

Here's a decent look at the board:

Cool. I am thinking about the joyo pxl or Loop Switchers 8 channel unit

My rig is a tele to keeley pro comp, so boost, micro pog, golden cello, tube screamer mini, carbon copy, strymon flint, ditto to a tweed BJ.

Amazon sells some that don't have wires.

I would suggest a One Spot Pro. Each of those strymon's will need 9v supplies that supply at least 250ma (according to Strymon). Alternatively I'd suggest a Voodoo Labs pedal power 2+, but there are only two slots that can provide 250ma of power vs. 2x 250ma, 2x 500ma, and 1x 800ma on the one spot. If you don't want to spend over $180 on a powersupply, you could find a used Dunlop DC Brick and get a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power Digital to power the Strymons and any other digital pedals you may have. Keep in mind though, the Dunlop isn't isolated power, its basically a daisy chain in a box, which is handy for cable management if you don't want to stretch a normal one spot every which way.

I chose this one .. the Gokko Audio large ..

Is that the same as the Pedaltrain Classic 1? If so, I have that and this worked for me: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B010QZFV84/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like the Donner DP2 for high-power pedals. Plus it has a 12v and 18v out (I originally got it since i could power my Elektron Analog Drive).

HOLY CRAP 1.3A for the Timebender. I'd just find a less powerhungry pedal :\

If you're that attached to it though, get a larger board like the Gator Cases Large and stick the power for it underneath.
