Also note there’s two versions of the hot chocolate: no sugar added and reduced calorie, no sugar added is 60 cals per packet and reduced calorie is 35 cals per packet. The boxes look very similar so make sure you double check you’re getting the one you want!! Tbh they both taste the same so I just get the reduced calorie one.

Abuelita Instant Cocoa

Just found this stuff. We used to make Mexican hot chocolate the old fashioned way when I was a kid, now I found an instant mix and I'm in heaven.

Hot chocolate. Ideally this one.

That still sounds like an awful lot of cocoa. But then I am not a real chocoholic.

I'm using this stuff and you can see the label it says it makes 8oz. I put one serving in a whole 2-quart batch of Soylent 1.5 and it still had strong flavor. I'm not sure if the "double chocolate" makes it any more chocolatey than a single serving of regular cocoa.

I haven't stumbled across any nutritional disadvantages.

This is what I buy. I originally bought a bigger tin of it at Costco, but they discontinued it. Tasty, real chocolate. It doesn't dissolve but melts, so hot milk is required.

These days, I just put a shot or two of espresso in a cup of hot cocoa.

Of course I have to put it in a coffee cup so it blends in.

I do the exact same with black coffee and either Nestle Fat Free or Swiss Miss Light packets at 20-25 calories per serving.

have you tried these yet? they gots as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, but it don't taste like shit

I must be doing something wrong then. I've gone through 5 cans of that powder. In varying amounts and with 3 separate Starbucks whole-bean roasts to make the shots. I must be cursed.
