I spoke with my aunt a little bit. She said the ALS Foundation is where to look for physicians who are experts on ALS.
We spoke a little about my grandma. She wrote down a lot of things no one else would know. The names on the back of photos, every address she ever lived at, recipes, the names of her college roommates, great-grandma's cousin's names and details, etc. Just anything. I'm currently working on a genealogy and photo book using some of this information.
She passed when I was 22, specified that a pair of her earrings were my 30th birthday present.
