Cramps and fatigue will tell you if you're getting enough electrolytes. I've never been big on fixed numbers for the day but it certainly works for people. If you're doing hard workouts then I recommend those ketone salts (unflavored). They have a pretty good ratio (although it does have calcium but also a lot of magnesium to go along with it). The whole salt = high blood pressure thing is a bit overrated and not well understood. If you have good functioning kidneys, then you should be able to process huge amounts of salt without any problems and it will actually lower your blood pressure and keep your cardiovascular system healthy. Most people and schools would probably recommend you start with Ted Kaptchuk's The web that has no weaver. Instead I prefer to breakdown my recommendation depending on whom is asking, and why. For patients who want to learn more about CM for diy health purposes, I recommend Legget's book which is 40% TCM theory explanation, and 60% application of those theories to everyday diet. For potential students, I recommend this translation of a first-year textbook for CM students in China, by the excellent Nigel Wiseman. For those interested in the more esoteric theoreticals of CM, I recommend anything by Elisabeth Rochat de la Vallee.
And, for anyone really interested in reading "oldest and most enduring book" in Chinese Medicine - which should be every student and practitioner of CM - I would suggest a good translation of the Huangdi neijing. Note my emphasis on a good translation, which sadly excludes the Veith and Ni editions, both of which are quite terrible. If you can get past the dubious biomedical equivalencies he likes to make,Y.C. Kong's translation is composed of important textual excerpts neatly arranged by topic, making it both cheaper and more beginner-friendly than the Unschuld translation.

Pop 2 two to three times per day (in general) and before and after every workout. They also sell a version with caffeine in it. I'll take 3 of those (solid dose of electrolytes) for 90mg of caffeine before a fasted morning workout. Makes a big difference.

As another poster said, measure your electrolyte intake daily and increase it until your symptoms go away (within reason). You should also make sure you are supplementing Mg... per Volek and Phinney. I've found that Mag64 2x per day prevents almost all cramping. I'll do a 30 day cycle and then drop it until I start to early signs of cramps and then restart (it is not cheap).

My fasting is better with salt - less dizziness and cold feet. Salt amount is not equivalent to sodium and there can be some confusion. 2 to 2.5gm of sodium per day is a low/normal amount. Using table salt that would be about 5gm or a teaspoon.
I read this interesting book recently: The Salt Fix. He will supplement with garlic salt for a better flavor. If your fasting program is flexible, you can get salt in a variety of ways: eat a deal pickle, green olives, hot sauce, bone broth, etc.

También hay que tener presente que se sabe muy poco de nutrición hoy en día por sorprendente que suene esto. El cuerpo es un sistema complejo y hay mucha información ahi fuera que esta respaldada por ciencia mala e intereses corporativos - El desmadre de Ancel Keys es el ejemplo más famoso pero no el único.
