Acure Marula Oil for $12.94 and Prime-eligible. This is my go-to evening moisturizer and the magic cure-all for winter dryness.

I've been using Marula oil + Klairs vitamin c serum in am/pm post toner. Before bed I use Weleda Skin Food – (this stuff is crazy!! I put it on my elbows, knees, and feet and cuticles too), then seal it in with that oil/serum combo. Some nights I mix Skin Food w/ Drunk Elephant B Hydra

I use rotation of My Beauty Diary Squalene or Mexico Cactus, and Papa Recipe Bombee Honey mask

I use this one bc other people on Reddit recommended it. Just a couple of pumps is enough for face & neck.
