Seaweed! I like this wasabi kind.
Also this popcorn from Publix. The box says it's 20 cal/cup of popped. I just top it with nutritional yeast or various spices (cayenne, ginger, garlic)
and pickles!
Kimchi is really great and low cal too. I make it myself, customizing various recipes I've found online to my taste. Yesterday I made 8 cups of it and I calculated the total to be ~800 calories total but it can definitely be made to be even lower cal.
As a side note - look into getting yourself a crockpot. They're dorm friendly and you don't need to babysit them. There's a million recipes out there for slow cooker meals that are all very friendly. Plus, you can go to class and come back to a tasty meal.
roasted seaweed
I got some of these in a deal a few weeks ago, but didn't really care of them alone.
However, today, I was snacking on some pepperoni, and put a piece between two pieces of pepperoni, and bingo, instant yumminess. Just the right amount of heat, and you don't get that 'chewing on grass' feeling that you get eating them alone.
If you like sushi, Annie Chun's Wasabi Seaweed Snacks are pretty tasty :)
