There's no point in spending like $30 for the Zowie one, it works the same. You can just buy the cheap one and see how it will work for you.

This is the mouse bungee I got for my G Pro cable and it works fine. I don't really see a reason to pay so much for a bungee when you can get this one for $8.

It'll hold the cord, not only will it stop it from getting caught on your case, it takes all tension out of the cord so you feel no resistance from the friction with the desk and the cord.

The wire on the g403 seems to be a braided cable so it’s not good news. However there have been instances of batches of G502 mice have bad cables, so it may just be your model, but there’s no way to be sure.

However like I said before there are many Logitech mice with the exact same shape. So you can go wireless if you’d like with the g603/g703. From what your issue I’d say you could remedy the cable drag with a mouse bungee or some cable clips.

There's a ton of companies who sell mouse bungees and usually they're pretty good. Though I'd recommend you check out reviews first since some are too lightweight or gimmicky. I personally use the Zowie camade if you got questions.

+1 to the Kerbal Idea, if he does not own it yet ofc. If you know a couple games he likes we can give you some good ideas. Also a mouse bungee is the best thing since sliced bread. It basically holds your mouse cable up off the table away from anything. It is pretty cheap and super awesome if you ask anyone who owns one.. Here is the amazon link.

Same here! I thought it would mean thier headsets are good too but I've had nothing but problems with them. I ended up having to keep the G933 always plugged in, so I got a pack of these that work wonders. Also have heard good things about these with headsets.

As a Zowie fan boy one thing I admit is their Mouse Bungee is too expensive, in fact I believe Mouse Bungees in general are over priced. However this is one that's cheap and very reliable. All types of cable sizes fit in it. Here is the link, I own two of these and they are great.

Personally if I did it over again, I would just go with one of the cheap bungees. A mouse bungee is a mouse bungee imo. The more expensive ones like the Camade and its knockoff do the same thing as the $8 bungee I posted. Hell I have a buddy that tapes his mouse cord to his monitor and it serves the same function.
