Hey, I haven't purchased this one yet (saving up for it at the moment). But this is the one I will be buying very soon for my 2017.
It has got really positive reviews. As well, there's a handful of people who have mounted it on their Crosstrek and it fits perfectly. Good quality for the price--not as expensive as the bigger name brands.

No issues so far. No rust. Seems to be made pretty well. At that time it was around $180 but seems to be a little more now.
