I own one of those and for the money I think it's really good. It comes with the headset adapter that plugs into the bottom of your controller.

I've heard good things about this one, for the money, but I have no experience of using it: -

That one's a bit more expensive, but it comes with Turtle Beach's version of the headset adapter which has all of the features of the MS headset adapter as well as mic monitoring and adjustable bass boost.
