These all the first results on amazon in the motherboard section. All have a PS/2 port. So yes. I could use my 10-year-old PS/2 mouse on a new computer.

Hi /u/Flu17,
It's similar to camelcamel and it tracks price history as well if there's at least 1 user with a price alert active for a particular product. It will actually give you a detailed price history, including the actual price and the timestamp.
For example: https://www.ezpricealerts.com/products/US/B012NH05UW/
It checks prices roughly every 15 minutes. Since my userbase is so much smaller than camelcamel, I can afford to check every 15 minutes without maxing out Amazon's API request limits.
This mobo will be good
Will a Wireless Network Adapter be needed for this MOBO? Thanks
Im going to get the i7-6700k with this motherboard, they go well together.

This mobo going for 154 dollars https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B012NH05UW/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1467376163&sr=8-2&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=asus+motherboard&dpPl=1&dpID=51tfWB09UwL&ref=plSrch and matches your color scheme. Edit: msi krait going for 152 dollars https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0131GA5EU/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1467376232&sr=8-2&pi=SX200_QL40&keywords=msi+krait+z170&dpPl=1&dpID=51S6%2BryPugL&ref=plSrch
Budget? But probably this https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z170-A-ATX-DDR4-Motherboards/dp/B012NH05UW/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1480527561&sr=8-6&keywords=1151+asus
The best you can find are either predominately black with white accent or expensive white ones.
Asus Z170
Asus Z170 Sabertooth
MSI Enthusiastic Gaming
PSU: Corsair CX600 - 600W Power Supply
Case: Zalman ATX Mid Tower PC Case Z3 Plus-W
Mobo: ASUS Z170-A ATX DDR4
Storage: Right now I only have SSD 480 GB but I have a 4 TB hardrive on the way
This Asus Z170-A Motherboard is good for overclocking. I bought it at 140$, but due to a recent hike in demand, the price has gone up. At the moment it is still under 160$ while providing SLI support and would provide you a good overclock.
This bad boy?
I'm going to be changing motherboards, a user send me THIS motherboard
This has me worried. I have This ASUS board and touch is arriving today. Am I going to have issues?
Quick question on the MSI board vs. an Asus? Any major difference on the quality of either board?
I'm looking at these two:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012NH05UW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1
And this has an A reference there's also a E available I don't know what any of that means.
And this one which you already saw earlier.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015ZKJS66/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Which has a Mortar reference and I have no idea what that means.
Also for GPU
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JNUO6BG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K1JTT8S/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A8AFHGL03OEF2
And then I've been hearing nVidia which I guess is also supposed to be very good. I don't know what all this means. Can you help?
This is the RAM I have https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TY6A1LY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this is the motherboard I have https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012NH05UW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I really appreciate your help. What do you think of [this] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012NH05UW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) one? It's the first recommended one on PCPartPicker.
I can't find the difference between the two though.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012NH05UW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_6&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
and
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016I0X13I?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A3524NXHEICF06
They have a 40$ difference, but doesn't really state what the difference is?
Any motherboard with Z series chipset will work. This board in a solid choice, https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B012NH05UW/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486785967&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=asus+z170+a&dpPl=1&dpID=51tfWB09UwL&ref=plSrch
ASUS Z170-A is a great mobo for that CPU. That's what I'm running right now.

The asus z170-a is a very popular board and can be found for around that. Looks great too.

What are the major differences between these two motherboards

I'm not super familiar with motherboards
> Z370
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B012NH05UW/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB
So my dad ordered this for me, its not z370 is it?
I know I don't need a sound card or a DAC/AMP setup, but if my budget allows it (~100$), would I benefit from adding one of them to my system? I'm mainly doing heavy gaming and light music listening through streaming services such as spotify. No audio production of any sorts.
I'm planning a new build that has an Asus Z170-A that has the ALC892 audio codec. My sound comes from a Logitech z623 2.1 system and a pair of Sennheiser Game Ones

It's an ASUS Z170-A.
I just looked. bud light may have had an effect on me(i apologize). I assumed this was the mobo you linked.. I was wrong, i do apologize
Thoughts on this one? I'm going to keep my NVIDIA GTX 960. Not sure if it's compatible. It says it has PCIe slots. (short for PCI express right?) but pcpartpicker.com doesn't have my graphics card in their database
https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z170-A-ATX-DDR4-Motherboards/dp/B012NH05UW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1448997740&sr=8-1&keywords=Z170-A&th=1
Thanks!
Are these worth the money? I have a Samsung 850 EVO right now but saw that these 960 EVOs fit into the DDR slots on your motherboard and read 4-5x faster. Are they worth the upgrade? Do I need a mount or are they plug and play? Will they work with my ASUS Z170-A?
In my Build-In-Progress, I bought an Asus Z170-A and a Kingston SSDNow 240GB M.2 Drive. I am happy with the motherboard, but my M.2 drive is not being recognized. Any advice?
It's shipped from Amazon. Must be the "easy-to-open packaging"...
Apparently I wasn't the only one with the problem: "Only three stars because the way they package this was just simply slapping labels on the motherboard box itself and sending it out. There wasnt even tape to secure the box shut. The box ended up being beat up when it got to me and who knows who has poked and prodded my motherboard seeing it wasnt sealed in"
completely agree with this. a 6700k for gaming / VR will do nothing but eat $100 of your budget. get a 1070 instead for a huge preformance boost and ability to better render future VR titles at a comfortable 90fps.
another great motherboard alternative is the ASUS Z170A
fine except get a cryorig H7 and don't get the ASUS board unless you can buy it from Amazon, their support sucks but Amazon doesn't use it. https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z170-A-ATX-DDR4-Motherboards/dp/B012NH05UW
What advantages does that have beyond price to this?
ASUS Z170-A ATX DDR4 Motherboards https://www.amazon.com/dp/B012NH05UW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_.dMLxb5ED60QK
There are always going to be more added features the more cash you dish out, however, this seems to be a good Mobo at the price. Reviewers are all overclocking successfully with it as well.Link=
Asus Z-170A is the cheaper choice but this is a much better looking one Asus Sabertooth
I think it is alright, but you seem to be missing a motherboard.
Since you have a CPU that can be overclocked, use this one:
https://www.amazon.com.mx/dp/B012NH05UW/
I've decided between these two boards actually.
https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z170-A-ATX-DDR4-Motherboards/dp/B012NH05UW/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1484188462&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+motherboard

They are the same price but the Z270 can support kaby lake. Is there any downsides to the Z270 board over the Z170 or should I just get the former for the future?
https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z170-A-ATX-DDR4-Motherboards/dp/B012NH05UW/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1485398779&sr=1-2&keywords=z170+motherboard
Well liked, looks cool, well priced if you are trying to overclock.
Also, is this a good mobo?
