I like the drawer. Would be nice to keep minor bits and chits in. Our go-box is a simple cardboard playing card box, and contains:
We share the same coins between For Sale, Citadels, Resistance (win markers), and Thief's Market. The bits are bagged, and tissues are used to take up what little space remains, to keep the bits from rattling about.

The scheme cards will be bigger, but(not bigger, i was misremembering) for the most part everything is going to be standard tcg, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" (63.5 x 88 MM). Most sleeves you buy off the shelf at your LGS will be sufficient, just make sure youre not buying yu-gi-oh sized sleeves, theyre smaller and wont fit the cards.I plan on sleeving all my villain cards permanently, in black dragonshields. My hero cards ill keep in a binder organized by release order. I find it easier to deck build out of a binder, but thats much less relevant for villains. As for storage of the sleeved cards, ill keep them in a BCW box such as this, probably with dividers for specific villain cards. There doesnt seem to be any word on official storage solutions, but theres usually plenty of room in the box for most LCGs that FFG produces if youre not into buying a BCW box.
I'm using these card storage boxes. And I'm actually working on a website right now to print out "divider caddies". When I just print out dividers for the box, it's hard to take out all the cards in that section. So now my dividers are more like a caddy where I can pull out the whole section at a time. The website will allow me to select a specific label for the divider, and length of the caddy.
Do you know how many cards it has? Something like one of these would probably be a good choice.
All of the cards for Dominion fit nicely in a 400 card box which is like 1/5 the size of the box the game comes in. I've moved them over so its easier to carry a bunch of games.
Here's what I'm using right now:
I can close the box with the binder outside, and setup is super fast with only the enemy folders labeled. I had some of the stuff already, I think I'm all in for <$50. I think game night tensions would run too high without some good organization. Our first mission was hell partly due to not knowing what anything was, or being able to find anything at all.
