I use this. It's IWB, but also works very well just for storage. Was tight when I got it but a little heat and wear made it stretch to fit very well
I love it, (mostly) let me pros and cons it for you.
PROS:
Super good concealer. I am losing weight and will be able to AIWB comfortably soon.
In business attire, as a pocket carry? It's fantastic. That gives me peace of mind that I do not have clips on my belt in a high end office. People in here will swear that no one will notice, but I think that is an arrogant gamble to take.
1911 style form factor and mechanics. This allows me to carry it in pocket, 'condition 2'. Because it is single action only, I am confident that I will not have a ND. And because it is so small, thumbing the hammer back during draw is easy and instinctual if you practice.
BTW, the pocket holster of choice is the DeSantis Nemesis.

Any kydex I have works fine for AIWB. But the preferred AIWB for me is the Stealth Gear AIWB+, because extra mag.
It's a Sig, if you don't limp wrist it, it is just gonna work.

CONS:
Tiny handle makes it difficult to shoot because no pinky. The work around for this is a pretty much MANDATORY +1 mag, (see above images). Without that +1 mag it is a drag to shoot.
It's a drag to shoot anyway. Not everyone shares this opinion. The trigger, in my opinion is too heavy. Combine that with it's lack of heft, it's like waiting to get bit by a coiled snake when pressing trigger. Your mileage may vary.

I think that's about it. I love and hate it. But it's the best thing I have found for a professional attire setting. I wish I could OWB my Sig P226 with two support mags on my other hip. But because I don't wear a uniform and need to be pressed and tucked in, this is my animal. And I am grateful for it.
Anytime I can get away with it i am wearing the G19. I highly recommend this holster btw. I spent hundreds on a tub of holsters I don't use. This unlikely hero rose to the top. It is comfortable and practical as hell as a grab-and-go. Bianchi 100, they are cheap and available anywhere.
