We don't have a Veggie Grill anywhere near where I live so I'm trying to copy some of the dishes. This was easy. Just pickle some onions and pan fry some fake chickn tenders (I used Gardein) and coat with 2 Tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce (20 Cal/Tbsp) and add a little sesame seeds and whatever else you like.
This is my favorite sauce

my pickling recipe is just rice wine vinegar with sweetener and salt. Let the onions or other veggies soak for about 1/2 a day. Tasty!
