The best thing to do would get it checked out. I would pick up a bidet for sure! (I have this one and & love it) It's a natural way of cleaning and does not irritate the hemorrhoids. Lubes and ointments get expensive after a while and are temporary solutions. Plus, bidets make it a lot easier for pregnant women to reach hard to get places and are great for postpartum.

I have a 3 Boss Bidet's installed and I love them! They're non electric, install in 15 minutes and the best price I could find for a dual nozzle (Don't get a single and hot & cold is pointless in America because of the installation process).
