I also needed a different end on the grounding wire as the bolt is too big for the one that comes with it. Cost was a little higher than I would have liked, but I think it looks a lot nicer. An additional recommendation I have is to keep a hand under the grommet as you're pressing into the hole. I had to buy a second one because it got away from me and fell down into a tight spot I couldn't retrieve it from
