You'll likely be able to find a good deal on a used bench as it seems more people are "stopping" weightlifting than starting at times. However, if you want to buy new and have access to Amazon, I've really like this bench I picked up there. And, if you're a Prime member they'll even 2-day ship it for free!

Only downside is the top of the pad is too narrow for proper heavy benching. I typically turn it around and use the wider seat end under my shoulders. That could be a deal breaker to some so I thought it important to mention.

Please help me finding a good bench in EUROPE (I LIVE IN ITALY)

I don't really have a budget, I just want a good quality bench without spending too much (€200-€400 is ok)

I need it for my homegym, I will use it for bench/incline bench. And others exercises for bodybuilding.

I don't need the decline bench (I don't like it..)
