I am not sure if they have them where you or not but maybe you could order some? This is how they look, they basically help hold your nose open to all you to breath better while you sleep.
Not sure if it's what Arin talked about, but there's always Breath Right. They're adhesive strips that you put on your nose before bed that keep your nostrils open and help you breath better while you sleep.
order them now! i keep procrastinating on things like this too.
My husband insists our 70lb dog sleep on our bed every night. I swear I never get more than an hour or two of rest before I wake up for some reason or another, and he doesn't even snore! my cat likes to walk on me, too. and yeah, its cute, how can I get mad that she wants to snuggle?
nasal strips at night make a huge difference
I've also tried these which are good but fall out
And these which were not comfy to me
I think you can't do much else but these products help. Btw a rhinoplasty is generally cosmetic and doesn't fix a deviated septum. You're looking for a septoplasty. I had one but unfortunately was unlucky and it re-deviated back to how it was.
Edit: also a pro tip you can usually see a deviated septum more clearly if you look at the nostrils.

These help a lot for myself, but if your husband has apnea or something serious it will probably only make him a little quieter. Worth a shot though.
