Ford Fiesta? Plentiful and have had Bluetooth on the higher spec ones for a while. Probably find one under budget.

Bare in mind that Bluetooth on older cars will not be any good for music and was intended just for calls, so depending what you end up with you may need to upgrade it anyway.
Dual hump dash is indeed hard on the eyes. I hate it!
I've not tried to use multimedia from USB to be honest.
I use this and I've hidden the cables under the dash. Works as Bluetooth for the car, its powered by USB and uses audio by connecting to AUX.
