It's a SpeedQB Molle-Cule belt. The pouches on the belt are slightly modified Condor MA37 pouches.
Can you find any place to put your own pouches? these are pretty good, and good price too

I'd recommend a Bushnell TRS25. Yeah it's a bit more expensive but it's miles ahead of any 'airsoft red dot'
You only need eye protection. I'd recommend face protection as well. You don't need a vest unless you need to carry stuff.
Edit: Looks like the X9 comes with a mid cap, not a hi-cap. You'll probably want a couple extra mags and something to carry them. Could get something like a Condor belt and SMG pouches
