Can always fallback to a controller. That being said, you're gimping yourself playing with a controller. The beauty of PC is the ability to customize controls. If all you can find is WASD Q and E, R is pretty easy for reload, T is just getting muscle memory to stretch your hand. V for healing is another stretch. CTRL and Shift should be pretty easy as well. Personally, I use scroll wheel up for weapon 1, scroll wheel down for weapon 2, 3 to switch to my pistol.
If you have a mechanical keyboard you can get these WASD switches to help you better locate WASD without looking and keep your fingers there.
The biggest thing people fail to do with a mouse/keyboard setup is run a super high sensitivity. You think of it this way, with a controller, your muscle memory of your thumbs is moving maybe an inch to control all motion of turning/aiming. With a mouse, you can adjust this to a MUCH larger area, gain more precision but at the same time have a much snappier response to move.
These are my tips for using a mouse...

They work for any Corsair keyboard. You can get them off amazon (CORSAIR Gaming Performance FPS MOBA Keycap Kit – for Mechanical Keyboards – Include Key Puller - White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N0EUKT7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_iCvMAb1HNT1VR)
I own and use these ones

I like them a lot because they are textured differently than normal keys so they are easier for your fingers to find without looking. I just use the WASD but I think they come with replacements for QERT also.

This one doesn't have the number keys but I have it and also a red set which has the numbers from Corsair. If you dig harder you should find them.
Most mechanical keycaps are pretty universal if you're just looking for WASD or any of the small keys. Space bars and shift and enter etc. are where it gets fishy with stabilizer bars. So you shouldn't have a problem if you really just wasnt WASD or QWERDF or something like that. The custom mechanical keyboard community is pretty lively so you should have plenty of options although I recommend these:
If you want to keep it consistently Razer, they have QWERASD, but for whatever there's no F key, so if you're a MOBA kinda guy, you're at a loss unfortunately. But these are nice nice keycaps nonetheless.

There's custom keycaps you can have made at MaxKeyboard that are real neat. You can make an icon in Photoshop and submit it to them for a backlight compatible keycap. They also have some premade icons even a bunch for CSGO, if you're into that. You can also pick your spacebar, Window sizes so you definitely can get what you need, but you'll have to do some research about your particular spacebar, ctrl, Windows key sizes. Definitely love these keycaps, though.

As for textured keycaps, WASDKeyboards has some different textures that are nice, although they are not backlight compatible.

HyperX has some titanium QWERASDF ones, can't say I love the texture though.

Corsair has some QWERASDF ones and for whatever reason they have two W keys in there. But it looks like only white is in stock.

Honestly, textured caps hasn't ever really been my thing, so maybe my textured suggestions aren't great, but I highly recommend the metallic Razer caps and the custom MaxKeyboard caps. Good luck!
