Personally I would still go for Bdie..but here is the best budget-performance dual rank kit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MR1HWXT,
MicronE die easy 3600C16@1.4V, 3733C14@1.45-1.5V, 3600C14@1.4V w/ tweaking.
Thanks for the heads up! Your post has convinced me to buy the 2x16GB kit from Amazon. Hopefully I can get a similar overclock once I complete my 3700X build.
All Kits with AES in the part number have Rev E chips
16GB (2x8GB)
32GB (2x16GB)
>Don't sweat your voltage if on stock.
Help me understand this one. When Ryzen was coming out, I know a lot of people were worried about stock voltages. Is this turning out to be a non-issue?
One more thing... know anything about RAM voltage and what's considered safe for that? (This will be my kit). I'm going to try to OC to the best and tighten the timings.
UPD: sorry, I’ve somehow missed that you were looking only for specific parts suggestions, but I’ll leave it here anyway...
You’re better with a D15S / Le Grand Macho RT with THAT amount of cooler height clearance.
Also there’s a slightly cheaper Micron Rev E - based 2x16 kit available:

I have https://www.amazon.de/Ballistix-BLS2K8G4D30AESCK-Speicher-PC4-24000-288-Pin/dp/B07MR1HWXT/
how do I check if they are Micron E die?
Alright damnit, I'll finally have to give this a try. I have this: https://www.amazon.com/Ballistix-16GBx2-PC4-25600-288-Pin-Memory/dp/B07MR1HWXT
Does anyone know what inputs I use in ryzen memory calculator?

Get this from Amazon US. 32gb will cost 15k something including custom and shipping. Pretty great Micron e-die kit.
I'm quite new to this, after spending too much time dabbling with Ryzen and B-dies from Samsung. Is this kit E-die and a good set for overclocking, and timings tightening?

Need low profile sticks for my new build. :)
Sorry, the BLS16G4D32AESB are also on the list. 16 gb version. Also Micron e-die. They should cost the same as the Corsair, maybe cheaper since the corsair 8gb models cost more. should not be out of your price range unless there is some strange other thing I don't know about that payoff system.

Just buy this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MR1HWXT/?coliid=I1N5WHJDV80F3H&colid=N18ZMY4T5UQM&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1
That's not an affiliate link, either. It's just really good Micron E-Die RAM. Or at least it should be Micron E-Die RAM.
Set it up for 3600 CL16 and enjoy.
I believe the Ballistix sport LT 3200C16 and 3000C15 are all micron e-die. However I posted a link to a set of 2x16gb 3200C16 below. This exact model has gone on sale a few times last month for about $125.

I'd recommend getting this ram instead: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 BLS2K16G4D32AESB (Gray) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MR1HWXT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_NiTrDbGMRG65R
It's slightly cheaper and is micron rev E so it's pretty overclockable in case you're interested in that.
Here's the Ballistix;
