Amazon Canada does not seem to be offering the 100$ Oculus credit but it's a good deal anyway, you get the PC for 550$. Or the Rift at 450$ the other way around :P

This is a better deal than what I went with. I got Amazon's CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR GXiVR8020A/Rift bundle So I could jump right in since I didn't have the money to build last year,Total cost was $1408. I'm pleased with it since I've had 0 problems and setup was smooth. Plugged everything in and was good to go, performance is good as well. Still planning to build one this year though.

those chairs are about $500 but you could get similar for cheaper,

Reason for using a HMD is because you cant see the monitor properly when you lie completely flat, but it can also help with photosensitivity

you should probably figure out whether you have CFS or not and apply for government support
