If you look all the way at the bottom of the listing, under "Digital Goodies" it says it comes with the sound track.
Every version of the base game will come with the sound track for free, just like the Witcher.
PC downloads used to be cheaper and that was a selling point that you didn't have to pay for a cd/dvd, manual or case. They used to go between $40 - $50. It is crazy to me now that on Amazon the physical copy of Cyber Punk is cheaper on consoles than the PC download. Game dev's just increased the price to pocket more money.

I just checked Amazon and it says December 31, 2019. Is this right or is it just a placeholder date?

Funnily enough, it IS actually up for pre order. You can pre order the game for Xbox One and PS4 on Amazon and Newegg. I think it’s up on Best Buy and GameStop as well, so it’s pretty official. This isn’t a slip through the cracks fake listing.
