They're not halos, but I did mine with some from Amazon for $125. Here are some photos and a rundown on the quirks I had to work around during the install.

They're easy to install yourself with basic tools, and in my case (since I couldn't, due to my bumper), I didn't even remove the grille. Even with the filing and the polarity reversal on the fog lights, this was super easy to do. Don't forget to aim your headlights when you're done!

As far as how well they work, these headlights are way brighter than stock, not too blue, they dual-burn when brights are on (low + high beams), and I've had zero problems with them in 6 months. This made driving my Jeep much safer, and I really like how they look.

The same brand offers halos for $129, but I can't speak for the quality of those, but the quirks seem to be the same (have to file tabs on passenger side to get them to fit, etc). Sounds like the halo turns amber when your signal is on, which is pretty cool, but requires splicing wires...
