These are what I use for Beat Saber and Creed.

Be careful.

I was aware of the potential for wrist strain and so went with hand weights rather than directly on the wrists, and alter my swings to be more controlled and straight when wearing the gloves to account for this. What I did not account for was potential back strain. I got to going one day and was really feeling it, ended up overpunching in the gym on Creed and tweaked one side of my lower back for a good week afterward. Be careful and don't overdo it!

I'm using a weighted vest and weighted gloves. If you care, these specifically -

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JFRPZD5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 <-- 2lb/wrist, when using boxvr

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MRHMQGP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 <-- 1lb/wrist - when using beat saber

Regarding the weighted vest - given that I'm only putting in ~25-30lb's out of the 40 that I bought, I'd suggest going with a smaller one that wights 20-25lb's but doesn't cover so much. this thing gets me super-sweaty..

Regarding the weighted gloves. Be careful. The reason I use the lighter one with beat saber is that the beat saber wrist moves are more unpredictable, and you can really hurt yourself flicking your wrist the wrong direction with weights on. and don't knock that it's a brand marketed to women. I did a *ton* of research before picking this brand, it works really well for VR as it leaves your hands mostly free for the controllers.

I definitely notice the weighted gloves. I've been doing boxvr almost daily for about a month now, and was traveling last week (hince, in a hotel room without the gloves) - felt like I wasn't doing any work using boxvr without those gloves.
