I got a GTX 760 back around when 1.7.10 came out and was happy to see it was giving me 600 fps in the rain

It's used, but the cheapest new 760 I found was $200
Yea I'm not corssing my fingers.
I do like how EVGA has made a twin fan version of the GTX 760 which looks like it would be easier to clean out then the solid cover with a rotary fan on one end.

I WISH I could build a PC with those specs for $350 but something smells fucky here. I haven't seen a sub $400 build on r/buildapc that doesn't include an i3 or pentium.
