This thing hides the G19 really well and feels great at 5'oclock and appendix. Favorite holster and for 50 bucks it was a good deal.

OWB or IWB? IWB, I love my Galco Triton. PRices seem to have gone up since I bought mine a few years ago, but here it is for $43 shipped.

Just know that even if you tuck your shirt in, the belt clips will still be visible on the outside of your belt. So if you have to tuck your outer most layer in, people can see the holster clips. Pocket carry might be more suitable for you if you work in an office environment or something.
the glock 3.5 connector, a good holster that you will use everyday, hornady critical duty, federal hst, or speer gold dots, upgrade the sights if they bother you. they are fine to me
