Ah, dang. I thought I saw all the mice I recommended on eBay India within your price range, but it may have redirected me to US eBay. You're welcome!
Those mice will be very small for you. (Unless you measured wrong?) But they are good mice.
You might find the G402 to be a better fit (even though the sensor is out of date. More accurate than the MX Master, anyway). (Edit: Or maybe 1, 2, or 3. I used this search to retain most of the better brands while getting rid of brands I had never heard of.)
Check COUGAR Surpassion and HyperX Pulsefire Core, they bigger than g102 and more comfortable for WoW type of games, and, also, very good for CS. Personally I'd recommend HyperX Pulsefire Core, its very good mice for the price. Try to avoid Bloody products, if its possible, I could recommend their keyboards, but not mice. Between mice you trying to get, I'd choose G102, if you have no more options.
