Just as easy to replace, and doesn't look like it belongs in a hospital bathroom
To be honest, I don't know what the excitement is over the Japanese (and German, apparently) solutions. They tend to be more expensive and break more easily without actually being more convenient. I prefer the hook style holders, they are just as convenient, and significantly more reliable.
