Have you tried nori? It's crunchy and salty and like 100 kcal for the entire package. I buy these at Costco but you can get them at regular grocery stores too.

I haven't seen anyone else on the keto subreddit mention these, but I LOVE dried seasoned nori as a snack. I think I enjoy it even more than I used to enjoy popcorn.
