Best things I've come across. From most effective to least

Selegiline

Phenylpiracetam

Ginkgo biloba (240mg at 24% extract)

N-acetyl-semax-amantadine (N-acetyl-semax would be better if you're not already on a stimulant for ADD-PI most likely... Get mine from nootropicsource)

NALT and DLPA (if I weren't on ADD meds though I'd opt for l-tyrosine as it's rate limiting so I trust it more)

Red panax ginseng [best] (https://www.amazon.com/Ginsenosides-Equivalent-Sublingual-Supplement-NUTRA/dp/B019YLQTUK) one by far IMO.. Bet you can't find one with higher Ginsenosides than this!

Caffeine/L-theanine

Polygala tenuifolia

Cdp-choline

Jarrow b right b complex

Zinc/magnesium taurate

Sea iodone/vitamin k supplement (1000mcq iodine) and then 200mg selenium (take together... Also note that 1000mcq is a bit high so you would probably want to go lower)

L-tryptophan when you feel you're dopamine/norepinephrine levels are in a good place. Proper serotonin helps with the formation of different types of memory.

If you're dopamine/norepinephrine is too low it can be sedating and kind of defeats the purpose (my memory is great while I'm sleeping! Lol)

I feel just get on meds though tbh. I used to think it was worse to be on meds than to not be for my brain.

I realized through research and neurology that having your brain in a dysfunctional and chemically imbalanced state is definitely worse for it in the long run.

If you want to be really picky about it you can opt for a phenidate based med (Ritalin or Focalin) over an amphetamine based one (adderall or dexedrine).

However for me personally having it be ever so slightly worse neurologically is worth it if it means I'm more functional socially and in daily life.

Especially considering I take so many things that prevent inflammation/aptosis/nmda toxicity/dopamine cell toxicity/dopamine DNA expression.

I just think if it was actually harmful then brain scans wouldn't show an upregulation of dopamine after a year on amps and a normal looking brain compared to an add brain. That's my two cents on phenidates versus amps anyway.
