It's probably right, or at least close. So maybe 1/4 of a tomato then, and maybe 1/8-1/4 of an apple - that's only like a 20-40 calorie difference with those two things.
MFP shows 1/4 cup of plain walnuts at 180-200 cal. Here is handy image to help you reference the size of the chicken breast; 4oz is a pretty standard size I think. This 1.5oz package of dressing is 120cal.
Even if you took out all the vegetables, it's still 470-490cal based on rough estimates. Salads often have far more calories than you'd think. That said, you're the only one here who's actually seen the salad.
Though, if you're getting a salad that contains less than 4oz of chicken, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/2 a tomato and 1/2 an apple... I hope you're not paying very much for the thing!
