Don't be a downvoting troll. Because you don't have the correct information sir... Here you go. 8A 3S with balancing. need more?
Read up on those BMS systems a bit more bud, because the charge rate is not what you say it is... I have tested several of them, and all the ones I have input at over 2A. I know a lot about batteries and even more about charging them. And, charging 18650's at more than 1A is not recommended across the board. That is why most 18650 chargers max out at 1A. It is a safety and a longevity thing.
EDIT: BTW, I own the board I linked... and can confirm that it works.
