I don't care as much about the pockets inside, so I don't have much to help with on that, but as far as outside goes...
5.11 Has a nice radio pouch that fits perfectly and works really well.
Maxpedition AGR has a pretty closely matching water bottle holder, but I feel it's 1 molle too large for the GR1.
Vanquest has an awesome skeletonized bottle holder that fits perfectly and matches well.
