First of all, it's not totally uncommon for supplies to do go down a bit at 6 months... well not really go down, but to feel less full... your hormones are adjusting and becoming more in tune with the babies actual needs.

Also as others have said, you may have to stay closer to 50 carbs a day instead of the 20-ish people recommend.
