It’s not BT 5.0 but does have AptX codec.
Try this one. It's a transmitter and reciever. You can make any headphones Bluetooth or any device like the Switch work with Bluetooth headphones. Battery life is 8+ hours and it's very small.

Maybe this is a bit of an unprofessional system, but could you not use one of these plugged into a belt pack of a standard wireless IEM and then connect any set of Bluetooth headphones to it?
Then you could leave the belt pack on the edge of the stage/performance area within range and use any set of Bluetooth earbuds you see fit.
