You'd have to retrofit anything, there isn't any sort of 24V conversion kit. And anyway, adding a 24V electrical system without running anything off of it is just wasted money. I'm well aware of the advantages of running a higher system voltage, but none of those advantages come into play if you aren't actually using it for anything. If you were converting the entire truck (or even just the starter circuit) to 24V electronics, then it'd make sense, but adding a 24V system without any sort of load is pointless.

Again, if you're talking about using the truck to charge the onboard 24VDC electrical systems of an existing RV, my point becomes moot.
