Depending on your goggles, it may be better to get something with a riser or mount that is higher. Most red dots like that won't sit much higher than iron sights

I'm interested in the scope protector kit you made, those are lexan protectors right? What kind of sizes are included? Also, do you have any idea I'd put them on my sights? I can only think of super glue or hot glue. These are the sights I use to give you an idea of the size:
