I have just the core set and Nerekhall. I keep all the tiles in gallon ziplock bags in sets of 10 in the Nerekhall box and everything else in the core box using 2 of these. All the minis except the large ones in one and the cards, tokens, and dice in the other. I probably have enough room for another big box expansion.

Those look they have curved corners not curved sides like this: pill organizer
Curved corners don't really add much. That curved front of the pill organizer makes it much, much easier to get the last token out.
If you're looking for something to meet people with in college I would suggest Pandemic. Co-op is probably a good way to go when trying to make friends and it's a pretty easy game to learn. If you find some people who may be more interested in heavier games you can't go wrong with Eldritch Horror. Just get a token organizer like this to make setup way easier than dealing with loads of baggies.
