That looks beautiful, I love it! I agree with isamytaken, no necklace- hair up, sparkly earrings, bracelet and a red lip. Another alternative I'm thinking is to wear something warm but still classy. You are so right, the neckline is absolutely gorgeous. However I don't know about you, but I feel that even inside these parties are typically not warm enough for spaghetti straps. If that's your case too, I was thinking that a nice shawl like this one could be a good accessory. It'd look great with your hair up and some sparkly earrings.
