I googled a one plus charger. As you can see it says 100-240V~
and 50-60Hrz.
This means it will work on a voltage between 100 to 240 V (us has 110V and belgium 230V) and between 50 - 60 Hrz (us has 60 and belgium 50)
So this charger will work in the US and well as in Belgium. What you do need a socket changers, but it looks like they actually come with the package. I was abroad in Europe and Africa for the first half of this year. I've been using this Skross adapter all around the world and it worked flawlessly with all types of devices. The build quality and the design are great. It's a little pricey, but it's worth the money in my opinion.
