I have a pair of Smith Fuel MX goggles that I DH in. If it comes to any type of pedaling, they become too hot to wear and fog up, even in subfreezing temps. I wouldn't want to wear a ski goggle either. Though I love my Smith IOs and they have fantastic venting, any goggle is too much for any real aerobic activity. For winter riding and ski touring-activities with roughly equal cardio output-I wear sunglasses or clear safety glasses, and save goggles for the passive ski down.

In short, you want lexan safety glasses. Unless it's arctic conditions, goggles are overkill.
