Like that is an excuse.
I got this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F25Z0FS
Never had any issue and it does work with passthrough on dolphin, though I personally don't like doing that :)
It's really the chip that matters as there's not much else in the end...
If you have bluetooth in your computer or you could get an adapter you could just stream your music directly to the Echo.
Sure. This is the one I got. It works great, the only part that is annoying is the blue led they have in it. It is very bright, so if your computer is in your bedroom like mine, it will not be the best. I just put some tape over that.
i got https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F25Z0FS for free with a pair of rather terrible but cheap bt headphones(sounded ok but bad build quality) and have it plugged into one of my front ports on case. in win 7 i think it needed to be unplugged and plugged back in if the pc went to sleep but that's more win7 not being great with bt than with this bt dongle.
in win10 it just works.
Let amazon turn sadface into happyface:

I bought this one an year ago which works fine with my xbox controller: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00F25Z0FS/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_dFTODbKQ82H9Z
Though I bought it for ₹349, it's currently ₹699.
You should be able to find some cheaper ones like: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07N8844K7/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_SITODbQR5629R
I wouldn't worry about getting anything even cheaper since it should just work fine.
I use one of these for my tower.
SoundBot SB340 Universal Plug and Play Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter
I’ve got this and I can connect my phone and my echo and surround sound to my pc at the same time. Don’t see why I couldn’t do even more
For the GC Controllers I use an unofficial adapter for WiiU which is directly recognized by Dolphin (I have never need to change it from WiiU mode, so an official one should work too). But of course, this is PC, so as long as there is a way to recognize the input from a port, you can get it working eventually (as has been the case since time immemorial).
For the Wiimotes, a USB bluetooth 4.0 dongle is more than enough as long as you let it interface directly with the emulator through continual scanning (once synced everything works, speaker included). Also, for the sensor bar I use an old wireless baterry powered one with rechargable AAA batteries, but if I were looking for one now I'd get a USB powered one.
Oh, and btw, that same bt dongle can also support DS4 / DS3 / Ouya / generic controllers connected to it at the same time as the Wiimotes, so it's definitelly worth the $10 (I didn't include newer Xbox controllers for the simple fact I've never tried them over bluetooth, but they should work too).
Something like this
Finally I fixed the issues , now its working fine

Step 1.https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00F25Z0FS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but this product
Step 2. Select the bluetooth controller using Bluetooth explorer
Step 3. enjoy
These were both under $8 a week ago, and work out of the box with Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3:

Order a 4-pack and they're $5/each.
From what I read, that's good advice for most. In my case I have this dongle. The driver disk installs all kinds of tools for phone sync, but it won't connect to the Wiimote. Using the built in Win 8.1 Bluetooth stack works fine though.
I'm using DualShock 4 on Windows 8.1, this program https://dsdcs.com/portfolio/software-development/4-ds4windows and this Bluetooth USB adapter http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F25Z0FS/ I have no idea how good DS3 works on PC though.
I've used this Bluetooth adapter for 4 ps3/4 controllers for couch gaming and have had no issues. I've purchased three and all of them work the same though one had different color lights than the others.

No, you can download ram, but not bluetooth. For bluetooth you will have to buy something.
You MIGHT be able to that, but it wouldn't be worth the effort. Go spend $8 on a USB Bluetooth dongle
I bought this one earlier this year and it works with my ps4 controller.
Edit: I'm awful at reddit fixed the link

Not for $15, but for $30 I got one of these: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A6F31EQ/ref=pe_385040_30332200_pe_309540_26725410_item
Thing I like about it is that it's reversible. Flip it to transmit and it makes any stereo player a bluetooth source. Flip it to receive and it makes any headphones bluetooth.
Edit: when I followed the link and saw the "others have bought" I found these two:

There's a bluetooth dongle for the laptop and bluetooth receiver for the earbuds for a total of $14.
You'll need a USB Bluetooth adapter like this, or a more expensive wireless PCIe card like the Gigabyte GC.
soundbot SB340 or SB342 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter maybe? No personal experience with them, but the reviews are mostly positive.
you need a bluetooth adapter like this
http://www.amazon.com/SoundBot%C2%AE-Bluetooth-Universal-Transmitter-Compatible/dp/B00F25Z0FS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1407959651&sr=8-2&keywords=bluetooth+adapter
....
You're asking how to bluetooth without bluetooth.. Get a bluetooth adapter, that's how.
they are really cheap as well
