Instead of coffee mate, try organic heavy whipping cream. That powder stuff has 2g carbs per tsp and that’ll add up quick if you need to use a lot. These are great. And they are natural with stevia and you only need one little squirt. More than one squirt and it’s too sweet. I use a very big mug too. But they are easy to carry around. I keep them in my work bag.
They have the powder option, although the flavors would have to be semi-artificial on your part (like grab Mio or SweetDrops). Personally, I love the SweetDrops
